Bottle [Sk8viking great American blind tasting] Average creamy beige head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Cloudy amber color. Aroma of lovely peach and apricot, vinous and toffee. Over the palate came bread, alcohol, dry wood. Medium to full bodied with an average carbonation and dry alcoholic texture. Moderated to heavy sweet flavor with good counter sweetness. Lingering hoppy finish. 7 / 3 / 7 / 4 / 15 = 3.6
