Bottled - tasted blind. A hazy dark amber beer with a thin tan head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of caramel and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and alcohol.

Bottle. Pours a slighlty hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a malty spicy yeasty aroma with some hints of dark fruit. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy caramel finish.

Beautiful red to dark amber color; thin head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Strong body, very strong caramel flavor, malty as well, with some sweetness; the caramel succeds in hiding the hopping, that seems to be quite good. Solid Doppelbock, good.
