EBF. Seems that a few people were really digging this, so I went for a try myself. I was pretty much instantly turned off. Looked ok- deep amber with a brown hint and a fizzy head. Aroma was very earthy, herbal, and medicinal with some acetic acid and light sour cherries. Flavor was a bit off- very woody and astringent, medicinal, some caramel sharp crystal sweetness, and an earthy drying finish with some harsh acidity.

(Draft) Pours a cloudy chestnut amber body with a small off-white head. The description of barnyard does not fit this nose any better with wet hay, corn feed cattle manure, and wet wood. Reminds me of some cold wet days growing up on a diary farm. Flavor of funky brett, white grapes, and a touch of caramel malt.
