Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110619]

Clear gold beer, tiny white head. Semi dry palate. Pale malt and mild citrus hop. The spice is not over done. Like a well brewed English Golden with a pinch of spice.
