Poured from a bottle into glass. Hazy yellow pour with a thick white head. Skunky wheat Aroma. Taste is similar. A bit floral from the camomile, but it’s very faint. Eh.

Pours a clear golden into the glass, with a wispy head that leaves spotty lacing. The nose is of lemon, cereal and processed candy notes. The flavors are subtle, taking a backseat to the mouthfeel, which is active and smooth, softer than a seltzer, and almost like a "malt cooler". They consist of some lemon (with zest and peel), cereal, candied citrus, muddied grains, lemon candies, and finishing with a light grassy bitter. Again, this seems to be taken for the "whole pull" aspect rather than the individual contingencies. Honestly, if I were rating from a view of substance and complexity, I may end up foregoing it. But if I’m looking for a great summer brew that services the hot seasonal elements, I could keep it as a very nice "go to" standby.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle from Dover Liquor Depot "Craft Beer Fest." Tasting. Pours a hazy dark gold with about a half finger of white head. Some fruit and spice in the aroma combined with wheat and yeast. Taste is citrus, lemon and fruity spices, some light grassy notes. Overall a very nice crisp and refreshing.

Bottle courtesy of AirForceHops. Musty lemon and wheat malt aroma. Slightly hazed straw gold with a large white head. Musty bready wheat malt and bitter herbal flavor. Medium body, average carbonation. Doesn’t quite come together for me.

Draft at Proof. Pale golden pour with a thin white head. Grassy, wheaty aroma with light touches of pine. Crisp palate, muted flavors and kind of dull. I guess you can just pound these really easy.

Light and crisp. Nice aroma. The chamomile is well represented. Not much of an aftertaste. Overall a decent weizen.

Pours a clear golden yellow on tap with bubbly white head that spots lightly. Aroma of wheat and lemon, slight grass, all very faint. Taste is pretty much jut the wheat, really thin on the mouth. Why do summer beers have to suck so much?

kramer (3909) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 2, 2013
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow body with a small fizzy white head that left some nice lacing. The nose is lightly floral with some light wheat and a little breadiness. The flavor is rather delicate with some floral chamomile notes overlaying the light wheat malt base. Not much influence from the yeast at all in this one. A bit of spiciness on the finish. Light bodied and fizzy with prickly carbonation. Not bad, but rather simple and uninspiring.
