12 oz bottle into a pint glass. 5.2% indicated on bottle. A: Pours a lightly hazy straw color and a two fingers high white head. Its retention is good for the style, settling at one finger, and leaves spotty lacing on the glass. Even better is its creamy, frothy texture. S: There are some nice zesty, grassy, even mildly sulphury hops here. Behind that lies a bit of cracker-like malt and even some sweetness. Typical but likable. T: At first, I pick up touches of mild grassy hops, and later on the finish. Sandwiched between the two is a vaguely sweet malt backbone and even some citrusy qualities. Though the flavor profile doesnít stick out, itís certainly a well made and enjoyable version of the style. I could use even more hoppiness, though. M: The dry finish helps balance its sweetness some, and is generally very easy to drink. Iíd also call the carbonation level íspot oní. O: A solid pilsner. Hops could be more pronounced, but otherwise thereís little to complain about other than the lack of uniqueness - which isnít a big deal, either.

12 oz. bb 01/21/15. Clear golden with a lasting disc of beady foam. Nose is dry spicy yeast, honey with a bit of citrus, and toast. Front tastes of spicy honey and toasted grain are slowly swept away by some lightly tart citrus zest and then some grassy herbs. Near-medium body is soft and well balanced by a crisp finish. Medium-high carbonation provides a nice tingle, without getting out of hand.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Taste grassy, floral, bread. I thought this was good. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a light straw yellow with a high large-grained lacy white head. Nose is yeast, biscuit, apple, and a touch of dust. Crisp, but a little hollow on the mid-palate; I just want the brightness turned up a little. Hops come through on the finish. Decent.

Pleasant surprise here. Didn't know what I was gunna get but I like it. Aroma has a faint Oktoberfest German smell and it is incredibly smooth. Nice pilsner taste on the backend ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Joe Canals West Deptford.
Appearance: Mildly hazy straw colored body with a creamy white head.
Aroma: Mild with a touch of noble hops and mild malts. Slight perfume aromas.
Taste: Crisp with a mild bitterness, clean body and a short finish.
Palate: Crisp and light leaning.
Overall: This isnít a bad pils, but itís middle of the road. If someone handed this to me Iíd be okay with it, but I would be disappointed if I bought it.
