Bottle, from trade with jbrus. It pours a next-to clear dark orange to golden body with a beige head. Hoppy nose with some alcohol, sugars and fruits, and some dried fruits and caramel. Sweet, fruity and malty flavor with some caramel and pine. A bit perfumed maybe. Long finish with hops and malty sweetness. Full-bodied and warming in the mouth. A belgian-brewed beer with an american twist, complex and really good. (080509)

3fourths (6960) - Vilnius, LITHUANIA - JUN 4, 2008
UPDATED: JUL 26, 2012 Bottle at Depaas in the Hague. Dark red and brown colored body with a big white head. Nose of crystal malt and grassy, dry Cascade hops. Flavor of cherries and cedar wood from the caramel malt, but quite hoppy and sharp on the palate. Full bodied and rich, malty up front, grossly hoppy on the back with note of cherry and pineapple. Not abrasive or aggressive, actually quite smooth.

MIBRomeo (2346) - Wisconsin, USA - MAY 18, 2008
reddish amber and brown w/ a large off white head and nice lacing. Hoppy fruity aroma hints of graham crackers and cereal. Nice palate good body well coated and very sticky/oily. Lots of hops in the finish, grass, & strawberry provide a crisp dry fruity taste along w/ some cereals and an alcohol in the swallow.. not half bad.
