Brown to red body with delicious looking creamy head. Small bubbles from the light carbonation. Grapefruit, sweet white grapes, solid malty backbone and spot on yeastyness. Perfect bitter balance. Smooth and drinkable, full of flavour. Another underrated beer from this brewer. (33cl bottle, 2,50 EUR)

On tap at ’t Arendsnest, Amsterdam on 31 March 2011. Not that pale - more of an amber / copper colour. Some citric tones in the aroma. Firm hop character on the palate with orange zest and marmalade. Clean firm mouthfeel with a slight mineral edge. Maybe not the most aromatic APA but a solid, refreshing and very drinkable number.
