clear amber, lots of visible carbonation forming a lasting big tight creamy head, a touch of lace, sweet biscuit aroma, rich malt flavor, good bready biscuit character,mostly dry but with a touch of sweetness, light bitterness in the finish, the sweetness fades and bitterness grows as it warms taking it down a peg,

(draft) Clear amber body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, bread, light lemon, floral. Taste is medium sweet, bread, some caramel, light floral. Soft light body.

12oz bottle-pours a retaining foamy off white head and amber color. Aroma is medium malt-caramel. Taste is upfront earthy/wood-hops, quickly overtaken by medium malt-caramel and some grassiness from mid taste through finish. Nice. OK carbonation.

Bottle. Poured dark amber with an average white head that diminished slowly and had good lacing. Moderate sweet balanced aroma. Medium body. Average sweet balanced citrus flavor with a light smooth finish of average duration. Middle of thr road brew.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium to deep orange color with a large sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, a little fruity, caramel and some cookie dough and biscuits. Tastes of caramel, dough, and citrus. Fizzy and somewhat over carbonated body that detracted from the tastes.

Draught. Pours golden orange with a thin frothy off-white head and excellent spotty lacing. Malt (straw, corn) and yeast (dough) aromas. Bitter malt flavor with faint yeast notes. Light acidic palate.
