Snipes Mountain Belgium Wit

on tap-pours a retaining white head and pale yellow color. Aroma is faint floral. Taste is mild floral, slightly sweet grain.

Boring blonde body, but with a lovely head. Aroma dominated by wheat and piquant coriander. Again, flavor is dominated by coriander with a musky finish. A decent wit, albeit one lacking a yeast presence, thus probably brewed at a lower temperature range.
