Commercial Description:
Incredibly well balanced, Snoqualmie Falls Copperhead Pale Ale first grabs your attention the great aroma of Washington Centennial hops, followed quickly by toasty malt flavor from generous amounts of imported light crystal malt, finally giving way to a clean, bright hop flavor. Deep gold in color, medium bodied and exceptionally clean, this American style pale ale is destined become a new Northwest favorite!

22oz bomber. Cloudy dark gold pour, with fluffy off-white head which fades rapidly, leaving a dense lace. Nicely balanced with a toasty malt beginning and a clean, hoppy finish. Medium body with a great mouth feel, which is unusual for a PA. The amount of sediment in this bottle surprised me and I ended up with too much in my glass, which bittered the finish

Poured a slightly hazy orange with a big fluffy white head. Left a good amount of lacing. Has a light hoppy aroma with citrus and grass notes. Flavor is a little toasty and sweet up front, then finishes very dry with floral and bitter citrus hops. The hop flavor lingers for a nice long while. One of my favorite pale ales.

2009 Bottle - Pours cloudy orange with a medium lt beige head...aroma is hop forward, citrusy and resiny, with some hop florals as well, malty but not sweet...flavour is similar, would have guessed this as an IPA with the hop abundance, dry caramel to balance...pretty good stuff, I’d drink again for sure...

A light hop aroma. Flavor is somewhat sweet, a little hoppy. The finish is considerably sweeter. I like it. Unimposing but good.

Pours a nice deep orange, with a dense head. Bittersweet, with great northwest hops countering lots of caramel malts. Dry finish, full mouthfeel... there’s nothing at all outstanding here, but this is an instant classic. Good stuff all around.

A nw beer here, hops galore and good times all around. Some sweetness up front with bitter on the tounge in the aftertaste like a beer should be.

Draft, Pours clear amber in color with white head. Aroma sweet malt and floral hops. Taste sweet malt and citrus hops with bitter finish.
