COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Incredibly well balanced, Snoqualmie Falls Copperhead Pale Ale first grabs your attention the great aroma of Washington Centennial hops, followed quickly by toasty malt flavor from generous amounts of imported light crystal malt, finally giving way to a clean, bright hop flavor. Deep gold in color, medium bodied and exceptionally clean, this American style pale ale is destined become a new Northwest favorite!

Bottle thanks to bhensonb. Poured yellow with a white head. Aroma was clean and crisp with melon, citrus, and mango. Flavor was citrus, grain, and a small hop bite on the finish. Body was light-medium with medium carbonation.

Bottle, thanks to Rachel. Pours silty gold... looks like a snowglobe, but without the little plastic snowman at the bottom. Not an entirely encouraging sign, moving on. Head is snow-whtie, medium to thin, lacing is above average. Nose is clean malt, some PNW hops, light citrus. Flavour is ’juicy’ with citrus, very slightly bitter. Tasty enough I suppose, but very forgettable.

Pours copper with a very thin head. Nice aroma very hopy, slghtly grassy. American hops for sure. Smooth and tangy with a nice bitterness mid palate. Some suspended sediment. Nice beer not fantastic.

Sampler @ Chuck’s. Wow, I’m surprised this has such a high rating. Starts out with a nice hop profile but that quickly deteriorates into a fuzzy marshy mess of malt. The balance was all wrong on this. I even preferred the half-way hef over this. Interesting that the pourer said this was his "go to" beer.

On tap at Taphouse Grill, Seattle. Pours a clear ruby-orange color . Thin white head that dissipates to a thin ring that leaves decent lacing. Light hoppy aroma of citrus and flowers, with a bit of caramel. Flavor is sweet caramel and slightly bready up front, but quickly gives way to floral and grassy hops. Nice moderately full mouthfeel and a clean finish with some hop bitterness. A little sweeter than many pale ales, but not bad.

Bottle sampled at Bottleworks, pours slightly hazy copper. Mild hops on the nose and palate, with a suitable malt balance. Not bad.
