Commercial Description:
Incredibly well balanced, Snoqualmie Falls Copperhead Pale Ale first grabs your attention the great aroma of Washington Centennial hops, followed quickly by toasty malt flavor from generous amounts of imported light crystal malt, finally giving way to a clean, bright hop flavor. Deep gold in color, medium bodied and exceptionally clean, this American style pale ale is destined become a new Northwest favorite!

Color is gold with a lot of haze, white head, and good lacing. Nose of caramel malts and floral hops. Medium mouthfeel but very smooth. Flavor is strongly dominated by hops which are citrus this time. Finish is dry and lightly bitter. A very good and highly drinkable APA.

On tap at Tap House Grill. Color was a dull, slightly hazy gold. Aroma of fruits, apples, bread with a hint of flowers. Flavor was nice and drkinable. Bready, apple, with flowers in the finish. Pretty dry overally. Solid.

22oz bottle 3/6/09 (Tukwila Trading Company)-Pours a hazy yellowish/golden with a nice tight white head. It emits an aroma of hops and malt. The taste begins with hops and malt then it gets followed by the same along with some dryness. This medium bodied brew is very well balanced and quite tasty.

Good, balanced pale ale with a great looking dark orange body, malty, hoppy aroma, and thick mouthfeel.

Pours a bright golden hue with a yellowish small head and a ton and a half of sediment. For some reason I get way more sediment from SF than I do from any other brewery, not sure why. Moderate caramel and grapefruit flavor with a little bit more oomph to the aroma than the flavor but the same characteristics. An okay brew, but nothing I really ever need to drink again.

9/26/08 From the bottle. Aroma is caramel sweetness forward with a strongly bitter hop background. Appearance is clear yellow gold with a well maintained white head. Flavor is tangy citrus forward, followed by sweetness, but not well balanced. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a low carb texture and starchy background. Overall, just a little tough to drink. While not a huge flaw in general, the starchy note really affects this brew.

On tap at Belmont Station in Portland, Oregon--Golden-amber body brew with a medium healthy-looking whitish head. Fluffy, even-tempered brew. Nice balance of malts and hops. Light and caramel citrus hopped body. Nice level of bitterness. Delicious summer beer!

Pours golden amber with a nice lasting head and great lacing. A nice looking brew. The aroma is a nice balanced mix of light floral and citrus hops and moderately sweet malts. Nice hops upfront, a nice caramel and bready malt flavor comes through with more light citrus and floral hops in the finish. Nice crisp and moderately bitter APA.
