Commercial Description:
Incredibly well balanced, Snoqualmie Falls Copperhead Pale Ale first grabs your attention the great aroma of Washington Centennial hops, followed quickly by toasty malt flavor from generous amounts of imported light crystal malt, finally giving way to a clean, bright hop flavor. Deep gold in color, medium bodied and exceptionally clean, this American style pale ale is destined become a new Northwest favorite!

Bomber. Pours clear golden amber with a sudsy white head that doesn’t hang around. Fairly neutral nose; really not much there other than a whiff of sweet grain. Lightish body, medium carb. Not much flavor on the attack or the mid palate, but there’s a suggestion of caramely malt and some light c-hop there. The c-hop picks up on the finish, and hangs around for a little while. Well-made, balanced, solid, refreshing. Nice to know this beer exists, even if it’s not one of the all-time greats. I’ll always be happy to order it with food, and will have it again as a session beer. Nicely done, Rande.
Had this on draft at the brewery also, as the Nitro Pale. Flatter, weaker, waterier, less flavorful. Works out to be a 2.8 on nitro, but I’m not putting those numbers against the total score because...nitro.

Draught Golden-orange; head gone. Still very hoppy, with a good sweetsmelling malt backing. Sweet-ish beer with soem hoppy uplifting. Seems like Belgian white candi sugar is used, or/and a very slight amount of maize. Bit toasted. Creamy texture, velvety, even when the body is rather light. Pleasing drinking beer.

Hazy amber colour. Fruity aroma with some caramel. Light, balanced character. Some berryish esters and light hops. Decent.

Bottled. Hazy amber. Strong grapefruity hop aroma. Fairly sweet with rather clean mouthfeel and firm body. Very bitter finish. A solid, very well hopped beer.
