COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Incredibly well balanced, Snoqualmie Falls Copperhead Pale Ale first grabs your attention the great aroma of Washington Centennial hops, followed quickly by toasty malt flavor from generous amounts of imported light crystal malt, finally giving way to a clean, bright hop flavor. Deep gold in color, medium bodied and exceptionally clean, this American style pale ale is destined become a new Northwest favorite!

On tap at the brew pub. Clear pale yellow pour with a white head. Nice citrusy hop bouquet. Similar to the Wildcat but with more muted citrus/pine/resin hop notes. Sturdy malt backbone. Good body and mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy (appropriately) copper color with a moderate white head on it. Nose is grassy with just a slight bit of toast coming off it. Taste is moderately bitter, yet manages to remain light and easy to drink. Grassy really comes through in the taste.

Bomber poured a clear tarnished gold with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of biscuit, citrus, light pine and light earthiness. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of biscuit, grapefruit zest, light earthiness and light pine with a crisp lightly bitter finish.

Taproom growler to pint glass. Pours golden amber with aroma of citrus. Taste is mild bitter, citrus, a bit yeasty and ends with a mellow bitter finish. Creamy for a pale ale.

A better then average pale ale. Pours a nice orange color with a white head. Had quite a bit of particulates. Smells great, floral and herbal. Taste is a little more basic, a little fruity. Not bad! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
