Kwiskwis (11), Port Orchard, Washington, USA Feb 18, 2005 A great one from Snoqualmie. I’ve got a buddy that lives in Snoqualime and we always buy it from the brewery in the growler to go. Great flavor. Great aftertaste. arhythmt (69), USA Sep 28, 2004 A delicious beer that looks like its name: copper! Very smooth and tasty with some floral hops and a touch of bitterness at the end of a medium length finish. jah noth (1015), Rochester, New York, USA Nov 11, 2004 A nice west coast pale, tis for sure. Pours an orange amber with a nice rocky head and some lacing. Some grass and toasted malt in the aroma. Flavor of biscuity and toasted malt, piney hops and residual sweetness. A nice drinker. Thanks to Andre for the sample. 5000 (2409), Hardened Liver, Washington, USA May 9, 2004 Bottle pours amber with a large fluffy white head. Light carbonation, fantastic lacing. Aroma is of hops and citrus, as well as some light malts. Forwardly malt on the tongue, with a slight hop tinge. Seems rather well balanced, great body, good mouthfeel. Finishes with a slight malty graininess. Another good offering from the folks at Snoqualmie Falls.
kbjames (242), Utah, USA Sep 2, 2004 This is a really good beer that has lots of bitterneess and hopiness that is well balanced. Another really good beer from this brwery.. beerguy101 (3861), Newark, California, USA Oct 4, 2002 Orange gold color, slightly cloudy, medium head. A medium bodied American Pale Ale. Malty and fairly aggressively hopped. Nice flavor, a slight citrus taste. Good balance. Smooth. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is malty and slightly bitter. Gusler (2655), Tucson, Arizona, USA Mar 25, 2003 A real head maker this dark amber colored beer, the head is monstrous in size, spumescent in texture, the color a light tan and the residual lace a nice sheet to conceal the glass. Big malt nose, sweet and clean, a pleasure to sniff, start as with the nose big on the malt lightly sweet. Pleasantly acidic, delightfully hopped, dry lingering aftertaste and a good representative “Pale Ale”, and well worth a sample.
VENOM (941), Connecticut, USA Jul 8, 2002 Hazy light peach. Thin tiny bubbled white head. Slow carbonation. Subtle toasted malt aroma laced with pine/citric hop notes. Mellow yet lightly crisp. Medium bodied. Softly malty with a citric peel hop balance. Clean and fairly dry. Easy drinking session brew. Yeast pour adds a background depth of body. Remains crisply hoppy and nicely balanced until the end. Finishes drier and still aromatically hoppy. Solid if unremarkable.
