Commercial Description:
Incredibly well balanced, Snoqualmie Falls Copperhead Pale Ale first grabs your attention the great aroma of Washington Centennial hops, followed quickly by toasty malt flavor from generous amounts of imported light crystal malt, finally giving way to a clean, bright hop flavor. Deep gold in color, medium bodied and exceptionally clean, this American style pale ale is destined become a new Northwest favorite!

Nice medium citrus aroma. LIght amber color with a creamy beige head. Medium body with creamy carbonation. A fair balance of light citrus and lightly roasted malt. Not all that bitter, but the finish is bitter. Makes me think more ESB than APA, but the folks over the pond wouldn’t agree. Whatever it is, it is a really tasty ale. Smooth.

Bottled. Hazy amber. Strong grapefruity hop aroma. Fairly sweet with rather clean mouthfeel and firm body. Very bitter finish. A solid, very well hopped beer.

Straight forward and well made. Body is copper with a nice frothy head. Aroma is quit hoppy with a citrus note. Nice malt body with a finish of earthy hops.

Pours golden amber with a nice lasting head and great lacing. A nice looking brew. The aroma is a nice balanced mix of light floral and citrus hops and moderately sweet malts. Nice hops upfront, a nice caramel and bready malt flavor comes through with more light citrus and floral hops in the finish. Nice crisp and moderately bitter APA.

Pours a nice deep orange, with a dense head. Bittersweet, with great northwest hops countering lots of caramel malts. Dry finish, full mouthfeel... there’s nothing at all outstanding here, but this is an instant classic. Good stuff all around.

On draught at the brewery taproom in Snoqualmie, WA. Pours a semi-clear golden pale brew with a thick and lasting off-white head that has some excellent lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, some apple character and flowery hops. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonated with flavors of caramel malt, some sharp citrus zest and a touch of white pepper. Finish is semi-dry, almost like the PGA but with a little hop bitterness during the finish which disappears quickly.

Nearly completely clear bright gold, tall very creamy head, full lacing. Lively fruity esters over crystal malt. Dry crackermeal and a light floral hop kick in the finish. Dry throughout in fact. The spicy hops build in intensity as I drink it.

Really nice pale ale - crisp and clean, lightly bittered with a nice hop mixture flavor. quick dissapating head, semi-dry finish.
