The boys at Sno-Falls brewed a batch of this for their 10th birthday party on Dec 20 2007. This was quite a day for the brewery, as they unleashed three new beers on this cold, frosty calm December evening... I remember this beer name from back in their early days. This 2007 rendition poured a medium brown color with a frothy tan head. Nice roasted nutty malt smell with a whiff of fresh hops. The taste mirrors the smell with a dry roasty and lightly sweet caramel maltiness followed by a mild but fresh cascade hop bitterness to finish.....What a night it was with live music blaring from the original tasting room behind the current brew pub and three new beers to sample. Good times !
