Commercial Description:
This beer has NOTHING to do with golf! We originally formulated it for the Snoqualmie Tournament Players Club at Snoqualmie Ridge, but discovered it was such a great tasting, easy-to-have-more-than-one type beer that we decided to go a little wider! A smooth and malty brew, even people who don't think they like craft beer will like this one!

22 oz. bottle purchased at the brewery. Clear amber color with a thin off white head. Light smell is of grains and grassy hops. Light to medium bodied with a crisp texture. A very clean, crisp taste is of lightly sweet roasted malts with a lightly bitter grassy hop flavor to finish. July 2005

Draft at the brewpub. Some gentle hop and caramel malt in the aroma, faint light brown sugar and citrus. Flavor is malty and lightly sweet to start, turning citric, astringent and moderately bitter by the end, toasted malts and citrus mingling here. The hops turn faintly metallic as well, perhaps a bit overwhelmingly so for such a light amber style. Light and effervescent mouthfeel, body is thin. Meh.

Draft at the brewery 7/13/07. Clear amber, off white head with fair lace. Aroam of some light fruit esters and light frown sugar. Medium body with some stickiness. Malty sweetness dominates the flavor, with just a twang of bitterness to avoid a cloying finish.

22oz bottle. Poured a medium amber color with a larger sized off white head. Aromas of orange rinds, caramel, and all around citrus. Tastes of caramel and citrus. Not very complex, but drinkable none the less.

Pellucid brown, nice white head and nice lacing. Nose of light caramel, some lemon peel and light caramel and pale malts. The flavor is a bit more caramelly, light ash and some spruce and hop. Faint malt in the finish, but a bit light and thin. Alright.

Bottle: Pours an orange copper color with a fluffy white head. Nose is earthy, malt, light citrus, and caramel. The taste is light bitters with citrus, fruit, a bit of sweet malt and caramel in the trailer. Thanks Jordan.
