argo0 (6861), Washington DC, USA Jul 25, 2004 (draft) Crystal clear apple juice with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, apple, light cereal. Taste is medium sweet, apple, honey. Light-medium soft, low-carbonated body. hopdog (5527), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 20, 2007 22oz bottle. Poured a medium amber color with a larger sized off white head. Aromas of orange rinds, caramel, and all around citrus. Tastes of caramel and citrus. Not very complex, but drinkable none the less. jcwattsrugger (5223), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Nov 2, 2007 @Flyers-on tap-pours a white head and amber color. Aroma is sweet medium malt, fruit. Taste is sweet medium malt-caramel, fruit. JorisPPattyn (5155), Antwerpen, Belgium Apr 20, 2006 Draught No head; orange beer. A lot of citrus, some pale malts, and a shy aroma of bacon rind. Very malty taste, again with this Snoqualmie "bisque" mineral flavour. Light body, not too watery. Light, drinkable, but agreable, really. BückDich (4785), McCall, Idaho, USA Jun 12, 2007 Pellucid brown, nice white head and nice lacing. Nose of light caramel, some lemon peel and light caramel and pale malts. The flavor is a bit more caramelly, light ash and some spruce and hop. Faint malt in the finish, but a bit light and thin. Alright. anders37 (4516), Malmö, Sweden Jul 23, 2008 Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Fruity malty and slightly hoppy aroma. Sweet malty and fruity hoppy flavor with some hints of caramel. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish. bhensonb (4187), Woodland, California, USA Apr 20, 2008 Bomber from Liquid Solutions. Aroma sort of cat p--- over caramel. That’s not a bad thing. Beige head over amber beer. Medium body with near creamy carbonation. Flavor is rather malty with not quite enough hop to balance the sweet. But it’s not that simple. The malt is ever present, but there’s enough subtle hop to make it palatable. Probably one of the best ambers ever, from a hop head point of view. It’s not overly hoppy, it’s just that the balance is wonderful. This may be the first amber that is well balanced (that I’ve had). Finish is mellow and balanced. Great beer.
