Bottle shared by nuplastikk on 1/10/09: Pours a transparent orange with a stringy-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet pale malt and big floral lavender spice notes. Body starts with good fullness and light malty sweetness with pleasant black peppery and floral spice. A pretty interesting and enjoyable brew.

Cloudy golden amber color, medium head. Nose of apples, vanilla, and ripe fruits. Sweet malt taste, saaz hops and a nice coriander finish. Pleasant medium body and mouthfeel. A very nice and well rounded beverage from the NW.

Pours deep orange, moderate head. Malt sweetness fading to a really well-done hop/sweet/coriander finish. Balanced, refreshing stuff. I liked it a lot. (22oz bottle)

This poured a cloudy gold with a medium grey head and light lacing. Nose is of ripe fruit and coriander. Smooth and clean mouthfeel. Flavor of caramel malts with all kind of spices and various floral and fruit nuances. Finish is sweet. Very much a belgian style.

Poured a slightly hazed orange-gold color with a small off-white head. Yeasty phenolic aroma with black pepper and some floral notes. Some sweet malt underneath. The malty flavor was lightly toasted and bready.Mild spice. Light body and thin flavor on the finish.

Bottle. Body-hazy copper brown with a medium ring of bubbles and a film of bubbles. Nose-unsweet apple juice, light hops, lemon. Taste-sharp, medium alcohol, light watered down citric juice, unrefined brown sugar, slightly sweet, clean Belgian yeast, not a lot of off flavors, alcohol really comes out on the back end, light slat, pineapple. Very well done, very well made. An excellent beer that really hits home with me.

22oz bottle courtesy of nuplastikk. Hazy amber with fine sediment chunks and a medium sized head. Dirty yeast, tea, and fruity melon-like aroma. Sweet flavor with tea, sweet lemon, and brown sugar. Medium, lightly sticky body. Felt more like a sweet esb to me
