Courtesy of Skyview. Hazy gold color with no head. Powerful coriander aroma. Holy crap... this thing is so loaded with coriander, I have to strain the seeds out. Working past that, there is a lot of general spiciness, yeast and wheat flavor. Some vegetal bits on the finish. Dry.

Picked up a 22-oz bomber via trade with 5000. Pours a hazy golden orange brew with a nice thick and lumpy off-white head that has some nice retention and lacing. Aroma of multi-grain golden malt, coriander, yeast and a touch of lemon zest. Taste is medium to full bodied, with a spicy golden grain malt flavor with coriander, cinnamon, candi sugar and yeast. Finish has a semi-sweet and thick texture aftertaste that lingers after the finish. Quite a coriander bomb that both refreshing and memorable.

[1548-20080725] 1pt6floz bottle. Lemon grass hops and heavy yeast aroma. Hazy, dark orange body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Full grains and wet woody yeast flavour has a hint of spice. Boozy full body. Interesting but has a weird spice note.

Poured golden with a frothy off-white head. Aroma has notes of spicy cinnamon, coriander, and some citrus. Flavor follows with sweetness and spiciness, with notes of cinnamon and coriander, and a touch of citrus. A bit of alcohol also arises in the finish. Didn’t blow me away, but was fairly complex and refreshing.

2008-07-25. Caramel golden amber body with a modest beige head. Aroma is a melange of spice over light yeast and alcohol. (7+) Spice is quite assertive in the flavour. Sweet caramel tinged based malts underneath, dry, more spicey highlights. Bit of a bite at times. (7+) Smooth average palate. Very interesting, but I think it would be a bit hard to quaff in larger quantities. Bottle from Mabel’s Seattle Trip

(22oz. bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of cinnamon, coriander, candi sugar, iron, mango, floral, and passion fruit. Flavor of coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, yeast, honey dew, and some citrus in the finish.
