An effort at replicating a Belgian beer. A little sour, fruity a bit of bread. Bland aroma. It is ok but not a great one

Cloudy golden amber color, medium head. Nose of apples, vanilla, and ripe fruits. Sweet malt taste, saaz hops and a nice coriander finish. Pleasant medium body and mouthfeel. A very nice and well rounded beverage from the NW.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 porterdude (170) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - AUG 2, 2005
On tap. O beautiful orange colored pour. Smells of yeast, spices and fruits. A very floral mouth feel flavor. Rather yeasty in a hefeweizen sort of way but with a belgian yeast flavor. Really heavy mouthfeel and rather warming from the alcohol, but a rather enjoyable beer for desert.
3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 BallyLoser (136) - Redmond, Washington, USA - APR 21, 2008
On tap. fruity aroma, typical Spring blend. Nice amber colour, no overly strong yeast taste. Mild fruity finish. Better than the average Spring, but still not a spring fan.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 chokmah33 (118) - San Luis Obispo, California, USA - MAR 19, 2008
Aromas of white pear, finger nail polish remover, and herbal smell, like dry grass. That sweet yeasty Belgian musk, plus the coriander.
Texture is creamy then gets sticky at the end. Palate is crisp, slightly astringent.
Tastes like orange candy and some significant malts. Enough hops to throw some bitter into the mid and finish
You can taste the coriander most in the finish.
A Significantly Spicey Belgian.
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 19/20 ndubs360 (114) - portland, Oregon, USA - MAY 26, 2008
Served on tap at Baileys taproom in Portland. Pours a deep mahogany brown with a dissipating brown head. some small specks were floating in the bottom of the imperial pint glass and were glistening off of the street lit interior of the bar. The taste was of plums, raisons, and pumpkins and it all blended together nicely with the subtle carbonation. I loved this beer.

Good for a domestic belgian, very fruit, banana, orange flavor, litte hop zip, strong, yet crisp, good not great.
4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 arhythmt (69) - USA - SEP 28, 2004
Terrific Belgian-style ale from this up and coming brewery. Good strong head, off-white/gold color. Very floral and fruity nose and initial taste; slightly bitter but sweet mouth feel and finish. Worth tracking down each spring!
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 tiffanya (45) - Federal Way, Washington, USA - MAY 6, 2008
22-oz bottle from 99 Bottles in Federal Way, Wash. Incredible bubble-gum aroma if served in the right glass (e.g., Duvel glass or other style that cups up around the nose). Full, rounded sweetness plus coriander spice and tropical citrus. Light hop bitterness melds with a candied fruitiness. Creamy, luscious. A "must-revisit beer" every spring!
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 marctacoma (35) - Fircrest, Washington, USA - MAY 3, 2009
Pours deep orange, moderate head. Malt sweetness fading to a really well-done hop/sweet/coriander finish. Balanced, refreshing stuff. I liked it a lot.
