Aromas of white pear, finger nail polish remover, and herbal smell, like dry grass. That sweet yeasty Belgian musk, plus the coriander. Texture is creamy then gets sticky at the end. Palate is crisp, slightly astringent. Tastes like orange candy and some significant malts. Enough hops to throw some bitter into the mid and finish You can taste the coriander most in the finish. A Significantly Spicey Belgian.

Hit the spot Grand Cru although one-dimensional corriander, it is drinkable sweet-spicey, with above average carbonation. Still very drinkable supporting yeast, decent looks and yeasty smell. Thanks SuzyGreenberg (Ed Bottomley).

On tap at the Green Dragon in Portland, OR--Bright orange-amber body with a creamy whitish head and lots of lace. Full-on floral nose. Soapy sweet, fruity flavor. Yum Yum Yum. Thin smooth, undeveloped finish but very nice.

From Skyview. Sweet but lots of hops. Coriander and lemon. Medium palate. This is an interesting combination of an ipa-like beer with a sweet Belgian ale. It is unusual and moderately successful. Extra poitns for experimentation.

Courtesy of Skyview. Hazy gold color with no head. Powerful coriander aroma. Holy crap... this thing is so loaded with coriander, I have to strain the seeds out. Working past that, there is a lot of general spiciness, yeast and wheat flavor. Some vegetal bits on the finish. Dry.

Picked up a 22-oz bomber via trade with 5000. Pours a hazy golden orange brew with a nice thick and lumpy off-white head that has some nice retention and lacing. Aroma of multi-grain golden malt, coriander, yeast and a touch of lemon zest. Taste is medium to full bodied, with a spicy golden grain malt flavor with coriander, cinnamon, candi sugar and yeast. Finish has a semi-sweet and thick texture aftertaste that lingers after the finish. Quite a coriander bomb that both refreshing and memorable.
