Bottle from brewolf...thanks Michael! - Pours clear golden with a thin white head--off-putting floaties abound. Nose is lightly sweet and spicy--honey and white pepper with dry pale malt. Taste is roughly the same. Dry pale malt, lightly spicy and astringent finish, with some sharp herbal hopping and light peppery notes. Pretty well carbonated, with a thin, lightly slick body.

Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, pale malt, light vegetables, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, fruit, floral. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, bitter bitter, dry, bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20120818]

The perfect summer pilsner. Hoppy and crisp with a great color. A good mix between a light ipa and traditional pilsner.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt and lots of floral and grassy hops. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with a herb spicy finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 22oz, at TFODRBSG-12. A dense, finger-thick off-white head sits on top of a hazy, golden body. The aroma has some pale malts and sugary hints, with lightly peppery, grassy hops. Some resin hints. Pale malts and some sugar on the palate, full-bodied and quite effervescent. Fruityness, some grass and a touch of pepper and herbs in the flavor, decent bitterness lasting for a while. A quite pleasant and easy drinkable, but I know of many pale beers I’d rather have. 120818
