bottle: pours a very clean and clear golden colour, with a thick foamy white head with some soapy lacing. aroma is great very bright floral hops, sweet fruitness, nice malt too, reat fresh aroma. flavour has a slight hop bitter good hop flavour, a crisp malt profile and a touch of the bitterness in the finish with a slight lemon.

Aroma – Light pale malt with a good hops backing.
Appearance – Light straw in color, thin head and slight haze.
Flavor – Light malt flavor with a strong hops backing. Earthy with a grassy flavor.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, nice texture with a dry earthy finish.
Overall – Very nice easy to drink summer beer. This is great for mowing the lawn.

smell is faint, citrus, grain, some yeast, some hops.
taste is nicely crisp, sour malt, grain, some citrus, somewhat nutty, grass, ends slightly bitter and dry, becomes more bitter as it warms.

Jul 23, 2008 Draught @ the brewpub. Pours a clear pale golden color with a small white head. Malty grainy hoppy aroma with some hints of citrus. Fresh crisp malty grainy flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a crisp malty hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Jul 8, 2008 22 oz. bottle - pours clear gold with thin white head; really nice nose of spicy hops, yeast and some lemon zest; yummy going down with lovely cream-like texture; smooth and tasty; very impressed given some of snoqualmie’s run-of-the-mill offerings; grainy and sweet with clean finish; yummy!!

Jun 25, 2008 Pours murky orange with a medium sized ultra white head. Aroma is light grain and hops. Flavor is orange, bread, flowers, and a bit of spice. Finishes clean, refreshing. This was pretty darn good for the style.
