3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber bought at Super 1 in Rathdrum, ID. Aroma is perfumy, skunk bud, pine, cat piss, grapefruit. Pours clear copper with a thick off-white pillowy ice cream float head with excellent retention; leaves curtains of lace all the way down the glass. Taste is mostly bitter (one of the more bitter IPAs Iíve ever had) with not much malt sweetness to balance it out. Carbonation is high, mouthfeel is like sandpaper. Not bad, but it seems a little rough.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Home filled keg. A good solid nw style ipa. Not overly hoppy but a perfect mix of hop and barley.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Solid IPA. For a Northwestern brewery, the interesting thing here is that itís relatively balanced between malts and hops (as opposed to being hop-centric), and furthermore, the hops are more resin-oriented -- unusual in an IPA of this low ABV. Good.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pours a mostly clear amber color with a moderate pillowy off-white head on there. Iíve tried really hard, but I can get almost no smell on this one; there is just a faint whiff of grass, but nothing else I can detect. Taste is moderately bitter, but very light; I fear that this sat on the shelf of a Total Wine too long for me to make a fair judgment, but I have to rate whatís in front of me.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
From a 22 oz bottle shared at home on Easter Sunday. Pours a clear copper with a thick off white head. Weedy nose. Flavors of citrus and pine. Refreshing bitter finish.

2.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Been looking to try this in a bottle that appears not to be too old (based on the giant cakes in most bottles in my area).
Pours hazy copper with solid sheet of small light cream foam. Smells like resin, hint of pine, grass, body odor, a really assertive PNW style nose here - punched in the face, to wake you from the rain. There is a strong biscuit (buttermilk) in the aroma as well. Taste is primarily malts with sweet and crackery flavors and a touch of cardboard oxidation alongside a healthy bitterness sans layered flavorful character. Some dry pithy and resiny flavors, but all and all a lower end flavor profile. Medium body with moderate carb and a slightly dry finish. This is not impressive at all, but I have seen others rave about it, maybe Iím simply getting old stuff.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Had this beer poured from draft at Taphouse Grill in Seattle. This is a hop monster as the description says. Orange bubbly look. Loose head. My pallette is tainted from too many previous IPA

Indeed a balanced attack. Tons of breadiness and sweetness. Dank citrusy and bitter hops.
