| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Aug 29, 2009 Dry hopped version on tap at Brouwer’s Hopfest ’09. Pours a dirty orange with a small head. Really nice nose - almost all hops - just enough malt to keep it from being overbearing. Full in the mouth, and sharply bitter, but not too much to handle. I wish it had a slightly greater malt contingent, but this is really nice, crisp and refreshing. Sonicdescent (377), Donora, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Aug 18, 2009 This is a really pretty looking beer, transparent red/amber color with a very nice fluffy white head and active carbonation.
Smell is pleasant but so very small in stature that I can barely detect anything.
Taste is still there, a pretty flavorful beer for a regular IPA. A bit of bread over taken by fruity pineapple.
Mouth is thin and bubbly with a nice bitter finish.
Overall a solid but unspectacular beer. HighWine (163), , California, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 13, 2009 Tap. Dark gold with a super thick white head. Nose is faint pine and citrus that grows into resin. First taste was without any great features. Second taste is a mouthful of hops. Refreshingly bitter. TheSponge (278), Lynnwood, Washington, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Aug 6, 2009 22 oz. bottle purchased at QFC in Mill Creek, WA. Pours a BEAUTIFUL amber color with a thick off-white head. Aroma: Bold hops, grapefruit, and pine. Flavor: Sweet malt and citrus. jake65 (1698), Williston, North Dakota, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 31, 2009 Bottle: Pours a light citrusy looking gold color with a thick, fluffy beige head. Aroma is lightly malty at first, but grows into a sweet, citrusy, and floral blend. Lots of floral hoppiness up front with some lingering citrus and caramel malts. Finishes rather dry and filled with lingering bitters. shigadeyo (2263), Harrison, Ohio, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Jul 25, 2009 11/07/2007: Snoqualmie Falls Wildcat India Pale Ale loos thick. There is a great shimmering effect as the bubbles rise through the orange liguid to the surface. On top is a lasting off-white crown that creates great lacing on the glass making each drink. Succulent grapefruit along with a hint of the underlying toffee malt excite the nose. This beer has a thick toffee and caramel maltiness in the flavor that is immediately followed by a hefty grapefruit hoppiness. There is a mild to moderate bitterness that this blaanced by the sweetness in the finish. This beer has medium to medium-full body and a smooth, if not a bit oily, texture. This is a great IPA worth having again and again!
1 pt. 6 Fl. Oz. bottle (Alc. by Volume 6.6%) from 5000 via trade. Thanks! Rating #201 for this beer.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Jun 27, 2009 Lightly hazy deep straw color with large and steady white head. A little light on aroma. But I am a little stuffy. Initial flavor is a quick burst of hops that is midigated by the malty sweetness. Balances well. Plenty of hops but no where overbearing. Really nice hop finish. darn1207 (552), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
