Pours a cloudy gold with off-white head.
Has very nice fruity aroma. Flavor has some grapefruit with a light sweetness and a nice bitter. Full mouthfeel, med-carbonation....Pretty good stuff!

Jul 13, 2008 I consider this a pretty balanced IPA. Maybe just a tad bitter in the finish (I prefer that fresh hop flavor and aroma, with less grapefruit). But overall, a good craft brew.

Jul 11, 2008 Bomber. Pours a semi-hazy gold with some floaters and a big 3 finger marshmallow head. Nice, delicate lacing. Nose is grapefruit and forest. Taste is sour grapefruit and resin – not much malt presence to speak of accept maybe right up front. Medium mouth feel. Lots of hops in this one – nice brew.

Jun 30, 2008 22 oz bomber from Bitbucket. Cloudy, amber pour. Looks really killer. Nose is pure hops. Flavor is supremely hoppy, bordering on overly bitter. But there is a nice balance of malt to smooth things out. Pretty well done IPA.

Jun 24, 2008 On draught at the brewery taproom in Snoqualmie, WA. Pours a clear golden pale brew with a creamy off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some excellent lacing. Aroma of grapefruit zest, multi-grain crystal malt and touch of lemon. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonated with a nice bitterness of lemon and grapefruit and a touch of pine. Finish is semi-dry and long lingering bitterness that even has a slight sweet aftertaste after the finish.

A pour of clear gold, holds up a tall, long lasting mostly white head.
Light floral hop aroma.
Slightly bitter on the flavor spectrum, with a good malt support.
A bit thin
