Feb 24, 2006 Bottled. Hazy golden, creamy head. Grapefruit hop aroma. Medium sweet with full body. Apart from some toffee this beer is all about hop flavour. Lingering extremely bitter finish.

Jan 30, 2005 Cloudy orangey-amber. Aroma is straightforward - grapefruity, wood. Very woody taste, too, with lemony bitterness. Long, bitter, refreshing finish.

hazy orange, lots of tiny bubbles, lasting big creamy white head like a dolip of vanilla ice cream leaving continous lace dripping down the inside of the glass, bold fresh citrus hop aroma, lots of citrus hop flavor leaving a lingering bitter finish, malt is hidden at first, but warms to reveal a nice carmel character under all those wonderful hops

Jul 25, 2004 (draft) Sparkling apple juice body topped by off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit. Taste is medium sweet, sharp grapefruit, hint of herbal. Medium acidic, medium body. Unbalanced.

Jun 18, 2004 Tap@Belltown Pub, Seattle. This was really great, so much depth of flavour. Start of with some lightly caramelly/buttery malts, finishes very nicely dry and bitter. Orange and grapefruit, a little salty. This is the way i like my IPA’s.
