2013-02-10. Dark brown body, small tan head. 3++ Sweet aroma, sort of lightly yeasty lightly grainy almost dunkel weisse like quality to it. 7+ Flavour is similar, sweet interesting grains and a not quite bubble gum like touch to it. 7+ Smooth average plus bodied palate seems a touch under carbonated. 3+ Enjoyable but doesn’t really seem to style. Didn’t even realize this was gluten free until a few sips went down. Certainly a good effort for style. Some candy here, some floral hops. Malt aroma present but a little on the odd side. Dark brown with some head, lacing. Average carbonation. Finishes floral and slightly bitter - not very sweet. Tap at Rhino Winterbrew.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2013 On tap at The Rhino Winter Fest. No one has brewed a non-glutten quad before. Lots of candi sugar, a good malting, sweetish yet hitting the style. Medium mouthfeel, a regular quad would be fuller. A sipper. A few tweaks and this will be making noise.
