50cl swing top from Spidsroden, thanks Jenni! Copenhagen. Appearance is close to homemade lemonade with mostly fading spritzy head. Sweetish apple sauce aroma, some sugar, mild lemonade feel and apple pie. Flavor is tart’ish apple juice, lttle club soda, very dry, mild lactic sourness. Light watery palate, strong bubbley carbonation. Pretty empty and hollow.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours slightly hazy - almost colourless - with a small white head. Very dry apple aroma with some sulphur. Light body, heavy carbonation and very, very dry apple notes. Absolutely no residual sweetness which leaves it too dry. 270509

Cloudy greenish with no head. Sourish aroma with sour apples and dry notes. Flavour was quite tart with sour apples adn it finished dry.

Botella. Murky thin yellow colour. Apple bit sweet aroma with a light rubber sour touch. Thin mouthfeel. Flavour is mild, lightly sour, some apples, bit yeasty. I sure did suspect more from this one.

Bottled. A hazy light golden cider with a fast disappearing thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of apples and hints of wood. The flavor has notes of both applea and wood, leading to a slightly tart finish.

Bottle, 5.5%. Distinct baking yeast aroma when opened. Very pale Watery flavour, hint of apple juice. Quite dry and boring.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with no head. Mild sweet and slight bakery yeast aroma. Flavour is dry and acidic. Dry and mild phenolic finish. Very dry into the far finish. Good dry cider.
