Brown/orange colored pour. Not very carbonated. No head, no lacing. Fruity aroma. Very fruity. Almost a rotting fruit. A bit of a floral note. Very floral taste. Some of the fruit from the nose makes an appearance. Not bad.

Can. Thanks Ryan. Somewhat tart, cherry heavy, sweet tart candy, light tropical notes. Not a ton of JP funk. OK

UPDATED: MAY 25, 2013 Tried a few times. Usually remember it being fairly passion fruited in the background, and a touch of hops...interesting, different, yet not enough to stick out, but the idea is there...

Can from Bhensonb. Nose is spicy, caramel, and a bit of cherries. Murky copper orange with a huge beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet with a bit of caramel covered cherries and just a tiny hint of tartness way in the background.

Can, gift from Bierkoning (shop), at Amsterdam. Opaque hazy red brownish color, small off - white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly sour, some fruits. Nice flavor while in your mouth but once you’ve swallowed it it’s gone. Just a dry finish left. Low to medium body and carbonation.

12 ounce can
Thanks to a West Coast contact for sending me a can of this. I have the Jolly Pumpkin version on deck and after trying this will open it as soon as I can. If it is anything like this release then it should be a great experience. Two thumbs up for a winning partnership.
Aroma / Appearance - Muddy river water pours into the glass with a lush lively carbonation and short lived head. Pineapples, passion fruit, and mango merge with fresh from the oven cherry pie. This is as close to tropical as you get without that imperial IPA over the top hop presence.
Flavor / Palate - Passion fruit, mango, and cherries carry a pleasant tang from the first sip to the back of the throat. Sort of like a mai tai in beer form this goes down far too quickly. Well balanced and exceptionally rich this would be great to keep around the house for hot summer days.

A hazed reddish amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, a super fruity mix of passion fruits, black pepper, catty hops, and light tobacco leaves. In mouth, passion fruit and green pepper, with some light harshness, some plaster powder, Ok.
