This is our hop monster of the bunch and not for the faint of heart. Dank and delicious is her modus operandi. We added hops every step of the way. Lake County grown organic Chinook and Ivanhoe provide fruity and grassy notes while Yakima grown Apollo and Calypso push it over the top, the way a Double IPA likes to be.

Draft, SKB. Advertised as only 6%, not the original DIPA. Pale yellow, lemon hue. Slightly hazy. Fresh, dank hop pellet. Fruity pebbles hop sludge. Mango, kiwi exotic tropical fruit. Extremely pleasant hop nose. Straight forward taste of bland two row. Not much malt character, very drinkable, solid IPA. Could use a bit more of smoother body, a bit washed out yeast and CO2 bite.

Tropical citrusy aroma. Flavor the same - semi sweet - medium bittering for such a monster. Can’t taste the abv but the body is big n smooth. Really well made across the board...

Bright hop nose. Very clear color, too clear for a 2xIPA. Massive hopping that lingers forever. Waft of alcoholin the middle. Served too cold but a solid brew all around.

On draft. Beautiful full pine, kumquat peel aroma. Nice dark golden color. Small traces of a head. Huge pine and resin taste, short and not unpleasant. Nice .

On draft at the brewery. It pours a nice clear, deep golden color with a white head. The aroma has big notes of pine and lighter citrus fruit. A little pineapple. The flavor is pretty smooth with caramel, pine and tangelo. Pretty good. I’d order this again.
