COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Smooth, fruity, spicy, crisp, super dry, and sparkling, this traditional Belgian ale is pale and easy drinking. Our take includes a dose of flaked rye for added texture and a healthy addition of German Mittelfrueh hops for a pleasantly floral accent.

On tap at Beer Revolution. Pours cloudy blonde with a modest off-white head and a fruity aroma. There is a very carbonated light malt flavor with a huge yeast presence and a bitter finish.

On tap at the brewery. It pours a nice clear orange color with a white head. The aroma is mild yeast spice with some banana and peach. The flavor has some spicy clove and banana with a good bright fruitiness and a solid bitter finish. A bit on the sweet side, but pretty good overall.
