Pours gold with a thick white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, orange peel and freshly milled grain. Taste is grapefruit, slight pine, slightly sweet malt but mostly a hop bomb. So good, in my top 5 IPAs

Draught at the brewpub. Clear pale golden beer with a decent offwhite head. Hoppy pine apple aroma, citrus, lemon peel, floral, mango, some passion fruit. Hoppy floral citrus flavor, pine apples, mango, passion fruit, grassy hops, grapefruit, some oranges. Lovely beer with a nice fruity hop finish. These guys blow me away with every beer so far!

On tap. Hazed orange gold with a decent off-white head. Aroma is of floral hops, grapefruit, light pine, and hints of tropical fruit. Taste is of citrus, light pine and grass, passionfruit, light booze, and a clean bitter finish.

Tap at Societe. Pours a hazy hold with white head. Aroma is intense pineapple, citrus hops of grapefruit and orange. Taste is resiny pineapple, more citrus, floral and piney. Not much malt backbone, incredible hop flavor. Excellent.

A- pours a clear, light golden straw with a nice finger of white head that thins to a skin. Great lacing. S- tarragon, lemon pepper, soap and sharp grass are up front. Tropical fruits, pineapple support. M- light tacky body with a light to medium acidic and faintly sweet palate. Mild carbonation. T- very simple. lemon, grass and soap first. Strong bell pepper in the middle. Some grapefruit, dough and spice. Light malts. Ending is dry with lingering malts. Not conplex.

From a tap at City Beer.First thing I noticed was this IPA tasted like amd smelt like weed which is my taste bud g spot .The pour is pale gold with white head.A weed spruce like taste with not an over hop taste.

On tap at O’brien’s. Was excited to get to try something from these guys and was not dissappointed. Solid IPA. A little lighter in color and a pale yellow. Light white head. Big floral and herbal hop aromas. Some pine and sticky resin finish. A little more delicate than a typical tongue buckling ipa but much more sessionable. Even at 8.4%. I was surprised to see that high an alcohol content because that is definitely not in the taste or flavor at all.

Are we getting a little away from ourselves here? An 8.4% IPA, not an IIPA? Ok, well rating this as an IPA, the aroma was traditional San Diego hop bomb, citrus and spruce with some grapefruit. The mouthfeel is acerbic and a detergent like. Nice finish however.

On tap at their tasting room. Mostly C hopped, with Amarillo adde. A big hop aroma. Drinkable and competent IPA.
