Aroma of champagne, slight banana pudding and sourdough. Pours light blonde with film. Tastes of white grape and tart yeast. Bright mouthfeel makes this a nice drink.

Golden in color with a finger of white head. Some weird mustard powder aroma. Grainy, a bit of straw, and some bready malt, and floral notes. A light yeastiness, some white pepper, and maybe a bit of pear. The flavor is lightly dry with a lot of cracker malts, grain, bread, and yeast. Just a bit of white pepper and spice, and maybe some of the same mustard powder note.

Pours from the tap a yellow to light orange with white head. Aroma is more bread and belgian yeast with a little more sweetness. Taste is dry and crisp, refreshing. Banana again and some light hops make this one really easy to drink. Overall, my favorite of their belgian line today.

Clear medium yellow pour, with a fluffy white head. A very nice, light, dry Belgian ale. Bread, peppery, grain, yeast, herbal bitterness, dry banana, and grass. Very drinkable and dry, nice.

Draft. Golden beer with a whitish head. light yeast and light spice aroma. Light malt and light yeast flavor with light fruitiness. Medium bodied. Light fruitiness lingers with light malt and light yeast.

ON tap. Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Nice yeasty, fruity, citrus and bread aroma and taste with a good refreshing crispness and a sweet malty finish.

Clear, light gold hue, with a frothy, thin, white head. The aroma has an ample earthy spiciness to it, that is not unlike grassy coriander. This is supported by a fruitiness that reminds me of pears and perhaps a touch of melon, as well as some grassy, pale cracker leaning, malt aromatics. The malt plays a clearly supporting role to the yeast / fermentation character.

Slightly sweet, with lots of fruity esters, the beer tastes of green apple, pear, and perhaps a touch of melon. There is a grassy, and herbal straw character here that is a compilation of the malt, some light hop notes and the fermentation character. This has a solid, though light, bitterness to it in the finish, and there is a slightly musty, earthy, spiciness as well as ample, clove like phenolic character that really lingers in the finish.

Not bad, but seems a bit on the “hot” side. It is not actually hot from alcohol, but does seem like the yeast strain might be a bit too characterful for the rest of this beer. Still, this is quite enjoyable.

I just had it as "The harlot" I could have sworn it ahd a higher abv. But anyways a yeasty pseudo belgian brew.

Really light Belgian with light fruit, pepper/earthy hops, light bready yeast. This is just a really light crisp easy drinking Belgian on a hot day. Refreshingly dry, not sweet and a great Belgian extra.

From tap at the brewery. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light spiced and phenolic. Fruity, light yeasty, citrusy and mild hoppy. Smooth yeasty spiced and crisp hoppy into a dry and lingering fruity finish.
