Golden with a white head - very good citrus hoppy aroma - A very good malt to support a very good hop profile with a delicate citrus taste and a very Nice bitter profile with the malt - A very good liongering hop finish - this was simply a very good ipa

Tap. Pours clear golden, small white head, nice lacing. Light aroma of citrus, pine, vegetal. Flavor follows, light sweet and light bitter, increasing and a bit harsh on the finish. Light body.

On draft. Aroma of lemon and sea air. Hazy yellow color. Taste is of bittersweet lemon with faint malts that seem to cleanse the barely bitter of the lemon out of the mouth. Lovely, delicate beer. Not very IPAy, but that’s OK.

Draft at Brewery. Pale, cloudy yellow. Tropical aroma with delicious oniony notes from the Nelson. Taste is pineapple and other tropicals; very subtle bitterness for an IPA. Finishes soft with flowery aftertaste. Sublime.

On tap at The Local in San Diego. Pours a slightly hazy yellow. Big time tropical fruit aromas wafting up, with some light pine and sweetness. Flavor has big pineapple notes, some bitter grapefruit mixed in, a hint of raw vegetal hops (love this flavor), and a nice sweetness on the finish. Very light bodied with high carbonation. My first from Societe and this was an excellent brew with loads of refreshing tropical fruit.

On tap at Societe, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Nose is very fresh and crisp, with hay, fresh meadows and piney hops. Flavour is similar, with loads of fresh piney and floral hops, slight earthy notes, and light biscuit malts. Extremely fresh and highly drinkable. Awesome IPA.

Nice, bright hoppy notes and a very crisp finish. A very drinkable IPA for those who like hoppy beers.

On tap @ Societe tap room: Aroma is real skunky with hops and reminds me of nelson but also reminds me of an orchard of orange trees because of how strong scent of citrus actually is. The flavor is funky with a taste of bitter citrus like hops that hint towards lemon zest or lime shavings, but also has a taste of Belgian yeast even, although, I am sure there was none added. Notes of bitter hops and an aftertaste of dry and spicy notes of hops. Appearance was a glowing golden yellow topped with a decent formation of head.
