Ingevara (466), Hindås, Sweden Aug 28, 2006 Thick head. Strong smell. A malty beer with good bitterness but all that acohol is very noticeable. Not a common Swedish lager though, it has more power than they do. Dorqui (1289), Brescia, Italy Sep 28, 2005 Canned.
Compact and adherent foam, good persistence. Amber yellow color, loads and bubbly. Bitter, alcoholic and sweetened scent. Pungent taste, much bitter and decided. Sugary and malty notes (not much). Long and unbalanced end. faroeviking (4414), Faroese Autonomous Beer Republic, Denmark Aug 21, 2007 Can. Finasta X-stark öl. Pours a nice golden colour. Aroma of malt, with some sweetness and bit fruity. The flavour is malty with some frutiness, sweetness, grains and bitter hops. Ole_R (1289), Oslo, Norway Aug 30, 2008 Can. Thin offwhite head. Brilliant yellow golden color. Surprisingly fresh, light sugary malt aroma with a faint hop note. Sweet and boozy taste; some malty tones along with a quite harsh hop bitterness. Thick mouthfeel.
Bittertish, sweet malty finish. Not my favorite session beer. madsberg (4373), Bangalore, India Aug 5, 2005 Canned: Golden coloured. Clear. White huge head. Sweet and grainy beer. Some vague hops. Thin bodied. Has pretty well hidden alcohol. This might be a great "Get drunk fast" beer.
