larsga (2314), Oslo, Norway Oct 4, 2008 Big shiny white head doesn’t last. Yellow body with light carbonation. Light clean malty peppery aroma with grassy notes. Dry watery grainy straw taste. Watery thinnish mouthfeel. Dry papery rubbery aftertaste. Probably a decent beer before they watered it down to 2.8. Awful after they watered it down. (0.5l can, shop, Charlottenberg.) Diar (23), Sweden Mar 27, 2008 (can, 50cl) A light yellow beer with thin white foam. I could smell some hops in the aroma but not much more. The taste was very watery at first but got somewhat malty when it got a bit warmer. Basically no sweetness or aftertaste at all. ekstedt (1958), Göteborg, Sweden Dec 27, 2007 Can (50 cl) from ICA Kvantum, Munkebäck, Göteborg, Sweden. Pale golden with a medium short white head. Sour and skunky malt aroma with notes of honey and cardboard. Vey thin and watery. Dry with low bitterness. larsniclas (3031), Gothenburg, Sweden Oct 28, 2007 Canned.
Pale golden. Brief, white head.
Some light, bready maltiness.
Artificial bitterness and mouthfeel from wet cardboard. rlgk (3028), Motala, Sweden Sep 21, 2007 Canned. Really pale yellow color, airy white head. Sweet fruity aroma. Sweet flavor, cardboard notes and almost no bitterness. Still its better than the other Sofiero beers I have tried. At least there are no truly bad flavors in this beer.
