Pours a pale golden color with a rather large white head that doesn’t last. Virtually no aroma. Wow. This is just like drinking a glass of water. Starts to take on a rather unpleasant flavor as it warms. I think I have encountered my very first drain pour. Lucky me.

(Canned) Pours pale golden with medium white head. The aroma is of sweet grain/malt notes like hay and bread, grassy hops and tones of vegetables like corn, peas and cauliflower. Bit sourish. The flavour is of grain/malt, grassy hops and some sour hints. The mouthfeel is hard, well carbonated and a bit unclean. Light sweet and light to medium bitter with a dry finish. Light to medium bodied. Unsatisfying and hard aftertaste. I don´t like.

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2008 Small white coarse head reduced to a thin layer of foam in a few seconds. Plain pale golden colored body. Limited aroma of light sweet grains with some distant whiffs of quite unfresh hops and applejuice. Sweet, sugary flavor. Low malt level. Notes of perfume. A fair hopbitterness towards the finish. Body is light to medium. Short sugary finish with a hoppy note. Mediocre.

The aroma is hoppy with a note of malt. The flavour is surprisingly good with notes of flower and hops, a nice bitterness and a prickly mouthfeel. A nice thirst quencher.

500cl can. White head. Light yellow colour. Sweet flowerish aroma, little bit malts. Bitterish flavour, again something flowerish or fruity, but very watery end. IIRC, last time i tasted this, it was way more metallic and artificial.

This is one of the classic swedish beers to drink when you are young and dumb, it’s almost only people under 18 and alcoholics who drinks it. one nut to crack is who gave this beer silver in a beer competion (and in what category) I don’t know and none of my friends do either.

UPDATED: OCT 1, 2011 Can. It pours a bit pale, golden and clear, with the head being small and white. Malt, grain and grass in the aroma, boring. The flavor is better, quite hoppy actually, and also has pale malt, grain and hay. Medium to thin mouthfeel. A decent, but nothing more, Swedish lager. Rating: 3-3-5-3-8-2.2. 070209

Can. A foamy white head sits on top of a clear, white head. Fruity, grainy and grassy aroma with some hay. A decent bitterness in the flavor, style considered, with grass, grains and some pine cones. Medium body, decent carbonation. Bitterness in the end. Well, not the mose exciting beer I can think of, but at least it’s drinkable. 111001

Can. Golden colour with a white average lasting head. Aroma of malt and hops. Flavour is malty, slightly sweet with hops. Dry bitterish finish.

UPDATED: APR 14, 2007 My friend, aware of my disinterest in bland lagers told me "this is a really good one, a million swedes can’t be wrong" (this is appearantly one of the big selling beers at Systembolaget). Of course they can. A meaningless beer, to put it nicely.
