3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Palme (2234) - Bergen, NORWAY - FEB 5, 2013
On tap @ Henrik. This is a cloudy yellow-golden one with a small light islandy and off-white sidesticking top. It has a nice aroma of soft malts, biscuits and hints of citrus. It’s average to soft on the carbonation and soft oily on the mouthfeel. The taste has mild citrus grapefruit, canned sweet peaches and a dry finish. Some buttery tones also. Really tasty and fruity for a pilsner. Good stuff! 13.10.2012

Taste is floral honey tones, grass, hints of butterscotch which is rather suitable, actually. Full body, soft carbonation. Very nice and highly drinkable, and a real surprise from Søgaard.
