COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(50 cl bottle) Red, hazy, off-white head. Fruity aroma of berries (raspberries, redcurrant), cherries, almonds, with a sweet malty background and a peppery note. Taste is medium sweet, a bit sour (though clearly not as much as a belgian kriek), hardly any bitterness. Drinkable.

This beer is really quite strange and wonderfully different. I have never tasted anything quite like it. It might resemble a red ale, a bit, but with un-identified berries and a bitterness all going down with a delightful velvet mouth feel. I really wish I could try this again!

Hazy red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, yeasty and cherries. Flavor is rather sweet and light acidic. The finish is light acidic as well. Light bodied and watery. My wife who doesn’t like beer thought it was good, and that pretty much sums it up. 110311
