Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy amber color. Nice aroma of caramelly malts, with good hop, a bit citrusy. Good malt and caramel flavor, with lean body, some yeast; the hop is resiny and has light fruitiness. The bitterness is strong.
Good sturdy beer.

[5/12/12] Draught sample at Ølfestival København 2012. Transparent amber color with a slightly creamy off-white head. Can’t feel almost any aroma, just very faint floral hops. Flavor is also pretty weak - a bit of malt and light floral hops bitterness. Light-medium-bodied, a bit creamy. Drinkable, but pretty watery and flavorless.

Foffern (728) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAR 20, 2012
On tap at Henrik. Pours a hazy amber colour with a small white head. Nice frutiy aromas with peaches standing out. The flavour is quite malty with a good and sweet fruity touch, but also something leaning towards sweet berries. And then there’s hops in end. A slick mouthfeel with a medium bitterness. An okay beer with a nice balance.

On tap @ Henrik. This is a heavy clouded dark copper beer that has a small and light sidesticking off-white head. On the aroma this one has a nice fruitiness. The first that comes to mind is actually light ripe orange plums. Like the ones we used to steel from our neighbors. It’s also light hoppy and quite satisfying for the good old nose tonight. A near slick and oily texture that’s average carbonated. Good bitterness, hoppy bitterness that is - all the way - with notes of ripe strawberries and more orange plums. Not bad this one!! 03.03.2012

ClubGonzo (2687) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAR 12, 2012
On tap @ Henrik, Bergen. Pours a dark hazy orange with a small white head. Nose is grass, earth and hints of peaches. Taste is very mild, with some leafy, earth-like tones, grass and sweet, unidentifyable fruitiness. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Not bad, just not good either and all in all pretty forgettable.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy copper with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma of fruity hops, pineapple. Taste is light sweet malts, moderate fruity hops almost killed by the thin and watery mouthfeel.
