Dark brown color with red shades; big head. Mild aroma, very mild caramel, cheese. Ordinary body strength; roasted malt flavor, mild as well; chocolatey final, but too simple.

Black color. Light aroma of caramel and dark chocolate. Medium body, with a balanced mix of dark caramel and roasted malt, correct bitterness, light roasted malt sourness. Nothing special.

500 ml bottle. Dark reddish body with a big, creamy beige head. A bit faint aroma of chocolate and liquorices. Flavor is light roasted malt, sweet liquorices and chocolate. It’s balanced, refreshing an a bit odd.

Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear medium amber brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate. Flavor is moderate to light lgiht heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [130908]

(On tap) Slightly hazy reddish brown with an off-white head. Lightly roasted malt in the aroma. Light body, lightly sweet roasted malt. Finishes dry. Not realy much wattle seed to pick up. Just bland. 130908

Toasty liquorice aroma with some minty cereal grains. Almost opaque garnet with a thin, white ring. Nutty and smooth flavour like a cask porter minus the toastiness. Not complex. Light to medium body, dry, quaffable with a clean finish.

EBF2008. It’s black/brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, coffee and licorice. The flavour has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, licorice, a little fruit and a light, roasted bitterness. It’s charming!

Pours deep redish brown with a small, creamy, off-white film head. Aroma is lightly roasted and malty with some raisin notes. Okay mouthfeel - perhaps a touch watery. Sweet flavour, lightly roasted, caramel and some hay and dryness. Fine beer.

At EBF 2008.Dark brownish colour with well rosted aroma,malty and tosted smooth mouth feels and low carbonation. Nice mild Porter.
