Draught at EBF 2008, Copenhagen, Denmark. Clear medium amber brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate. Flavor is moderate to light lgiht heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [130908]

An unclear brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of caramel as well as medium notes of malt, and lighter notes of bread, sugar, and tobacco.

From tap. Pours dark brown with a lacing to fully diminished tan head. Mild sweetend and roasted malty aroma with a distinct fruity note. Breadish dry and yet slight spiced base flavour. Light acidic touch into the far finish. Nice and smooth. Bitter and dry finish. Lasting breadish impression.

(On tap) Slightly hazy reddish brown with an off-white head. Lightly roasted malt in the aroma. Light body, lightly sweet roasted malt. Finishes dry. Not realy much wattle seed to pick up. Just bland. 130908

Draught@Brewpub København. Deep ruby red colour, mediumsized creamy, slightly off-white head. Arooma is toffee, earth, mild roast as well as some slight spices. Flavour is rather similar. A bit thin.

Draught at Brewpub, Copenhagen. Dark brown. Aroma of yeasty prunes and ash. Sweet and fruity, medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel and some caramel. Slight salty finish.

Roasted aroma of caramel, coffee and chocolate.
Roasted flavour of caramel with notes of coffee and chocolate.

Bottle @ VV Odense tasting. Pours black with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose is vague roast and chocolate. Medium and smooth body. Taste is caramel and chocoalte. Smooth and dry.

Dark brown color with red shades; big head. Mild aroma, very mild caramel, cheese. Ordinary body strength; roasted malt flavor, mild as well; chocolatey final, but too simple.

Black color. Light aroma of caramel and dark chocolate. Medium body, with a balanced mix of dark caramel and roasted malt, correct bitterness, light roasted malt sourness. Nothing special.
