Lukt med preg av wasabitrekte peanøtter, rå poteter, gras, høy, litt smør. Lett grasprega smak med preg av gras, wasabi, smør, høy, korn. Middels bitterhet og lengde. Interessant, sikkert god til sushi.

Bottled (thanks SADESA!). Neon green colour, small white head. Aroma is mild spices and some bready malts. Flavour is mild spices/herbs with some sweet malts coming through. Quite nice balance in the beer. Would probably be even better in combination with food.

On tap at the brewpub. Green colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, mustard, ginger, wasabi. Flavour is fruit, spices, ginger, mustard, wasabi. Strange beer.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden green (!) with a white head with a greenish hue. Good lacing. Hoppy, cereal aroma with sweet and slightly hot wasabi. Flavour is more hops and cereals with sweet and slightly hot wasabi, and the finish has notes of grass, cereals and yet more wasabi. Overall a pretty standard mediocre lager, just with wasabi added. The wasabi isn’t as misplaced as it could have been, but still seems more like a gimmick than an actual improvement. 20.10.12.

Clear medium green colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white green head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, pale malt, mustard - wasabi, horseradish - wasabi. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, herbs, horseradish - wasabi. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120818]
