It’s hazy golden with a lasting, creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, flower, straw and a touch of bread. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, straw, light fruit, bread, and the finish is refreshingly light dry and bitter. Very nice!

Die Schaumkrone ist weiss und hält nur mittelmäßig, man sieht die Hefeteilchen schwimmen! Ein Angenehmes Pils, wird allerdings nach ein paar Schlucken ziemlich neutral, dann nur noch im Nachgeschmack hopfig.

Bottle. Thanks to Fonefan. Pours clear yellow with a small creamy white head. Grassy and grainy nose and flavor with a bit of breadcrust. A bit herbal. Dry and crisp flavor. Medium bodied. Fine.

Unclear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hay, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, fresh, grassy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111222]

Blue bottle: Pale greenish-golden, hazy, stable small lacy white head; distinctive aromatic to grassy-sweaty hoppy nose, pale malt and - caused by the yeast - a certain fruitiness underneath; dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and soft; shorter hoppy-malty finish, a faint yeasty fruitiness included. (bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Slightly yeasty, doughy malty aroma with herbal and grassy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively, but well-matured carbonation. Soft pale malty base with a good dash of herbal and slightly grassy hops, leading into a dry and hop bitter finish. Very nice. 07.V.10

bottle, bought in Giengen. Hazy straw-golden yellow, large and creamy white head. Hoppy nose. Light- to medium-bodied, malty with a grainy-doughy touch. Shy but aromatic hop flavours, getting stronger towards the finish.
