COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2009 Bottled at PBF. Cloudy golden, with foam exploding out of the bottle. Unpleasantly hoppy and yeasty. Sweet and salty with blown up gassy mid sized body. Caramelly yeast dominates. Pointless and unappetizing.

(Bottled) Opaque yellow-golden with a small, lasting head. Dry aroma of orangey fruitiness. Dryish flavor with wheaty maltiness and orange fruitiness, with some peppery spices. Almost medium body with soft carbonation. A quite nice, saison-like countryside brew.

Bottled (bryg 53, October 2008, PBF). Exploding bottle, hazy yellow, small white head. Grainy apple jam aroma. Grainy, hoppyness, some sweet fruity apple flavors. Simple and boring, but not totally hopeless.

Bottled. Very lively beer. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is yeast, mild earth and malts. Flavour is quite much the same. A bit boring stuff.

0.7 l bottle, thanks Timo A! Hazy golden orange color with lots of particles. Grainy and appley aroma with glue and cinnamon. Appley, spicy, grainy, tart, peppery and clovey flavor. Reminds me of oat-apple porridge.

Bottle, thx to Papsoe. It pours a clear, sparkling, golden body, topped by a creamy, off-white, two-finger head. Weak nose with fruityness and pale malts. Nice, but too weak. The flavor is a bit weak too, with some fruits, pale malts, a little sweetness, and a nice, citrusy, resiny bitterness. A bit short maybe. Medium body, nicely effervescent. A quencher that starts a bit boring, but improves as you drink. (090501)
