Bottle 660ml.

Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, spicy, christmas spices. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, yeasty, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130112]

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy mahogany colour, rich creamy head. Aroma of marzipan, cherries and aluminum. Mid sweet with soft mouthfeel and medium-full body. Licorice, cherries, coffee, caramel and marzipan. Salty bitteris finish. Rich and flavourful.

Bottle @ Berliner Weisse Takeover Ulfborg, 2013. Day 2. Pours ruby copper with a small white head. Caramel, grain and mild yeast. Medium bodied. Decent. Abbey Dubbel is OK, Rene :-)

Bottle @ FOneFan. Dark amber/brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, yeast, little candy sugar and toasted. Flavour is malt, yeast, caramel, medium sweet, toasted, dark fruit, hop, little soapy and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy reddish amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish. 120113

Bottle @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, yeast, spices, malt and hops. Sweet finish.

Bottle, bought @ YNWA Beershop, Kolding. Pours murky red amber with a small, creamy off-white head. Aroma has sweet malts, sugar, red apple, light liqourice. Highish carbonation, fine dry and light grainy mouthfeel. Flavour has clear oat, caramel, quite a bit of liqourice. Warming with a bit of peppery burn.
