COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

660 ml bottle, thanks Timo A. BBE 06/2014. Pours a dark brown colour with a small head. Rich aroma of biscuit, chocolate, dark coffee and syrup. Rich flavour of roasted malts, bitter dark chocolate, coffee, milk chocolate as well and some nuttiness. Smooth malty mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Some tiramisu notes in the finish. Very well balanced. Not overhelming at all. Great.

66 cl bottle @ Timo A. BBE 06/2014.
Pours dark red-brown color with a small, rapidly dissipating head. Aroma of coffee, strong dark cocoa, dark chocolate and some dark ripe fruits, faint hops also. Flavor is sweetish and milky with chocolate, creamy notes, tiramisu, cocoa, faint vanilla, mild cola notes, faint nuts, distant syrup notes and caramel malts. Medium carbonation, very pleasant chocolaty sweet palate, lingering sweet finish. Very pleasant, complex, yet balanced and tasty, definitely a positive surprise.

Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It pours a dark reddish brown body under a two-finger light tan head. Almost clear. The aroma has chocolate, some faint coffee notes, dried fruits and quite a lot of caramel. There’s a pleasant bitterness in the flavor, balancing the caramel, dried fruits and chocolate, leading to a roasted and bitter finish where some coffee notes shows up. Medium to full body, a bit flat. Strange, there’s carbonation, but it still feels flat, sort of like if the beer have been frozen. It’s a nice one anyway. 111229
